All of our products are manufactured in the USA by Thrill Inc. Rigging.
LEAD TIMES
We aim for a lead time of 2-3 weeks on most custom items. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you would like a specific lead time estimate for your order.
SHIPPING
Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and shown on the checkout page. Delivery delays may occasionally occur with your chosen carrier.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
www.thrill-inc.com considers your order delivered upon tender to the carrier of your choice.
INSURANCE
www.thrill-inc.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We are happy to ship your order using your provided shipping label from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you would like to purchase carrier insurance for your order, please feel free to contact us, and we will make arrangements.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
www.thrill-inc.com is not responsible for any customs, VAT, taxes, fees, tariffs, and/or duties, etc. applied to your order. Any and all of these imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of customer.
RETURNS
We do our absolute best to produce the highest quality products and offer them at the best possible price. We stand behind our products! Please contact us with any questions or concerns. We are happy to help! We will accept returns of new, unused stock products in original packaging within 30 days of the order being shipped. Thrill Inc. must receive the product in the same condition in which you received it.
All stock products are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. If products are used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund. Original shipping costs and credit card fees are non-refundable.
This policy does not apply to custom products – ie. line sets, pilot chutes, RDS, or any product in which the model, size, color, material, type, etc. are produced to the customer’s specifications. Custom products are not eligible for return or refund. Please be very diligent when ordering your line set, pilot chute, RDS, etc!
To return a stock product:
- Please contact us with your order number.
- We will give you a product return number to include in your shipment back to us.

Pilot Point, TX 76258 - Upon receipt, your return will be inspected. The appropriate refund amount minus any fees, restocking, etc. may be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days to process a return upon receipt of the product.
The cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. www.thrill-inc.com is not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled prior to the start of production will be refunded via the original method of payment, minus credit card or processing fees.
